Best video to flash software?

See title. I'm finding all kinds of different software that do all sorts of different things. What's the best and easiest? Don't really need anything fancy.

On2 Flix pro, Sorenson squeeze, Videocharge. All cost money but for ease of use, performance, and quality you will want to get one of them. I prefer Sorenson Squeeze.

I use AVS Video Convert. It isn't the same as the SWF file that downloads an FLV file externally (like what YouTube does) It just embeds everything into a SWF file based on a video you feed it.

Example here:

I agree with sticky on the On2. We are using the On2 VP6 codec and we are very happy with the results. We tried ffmpeg, but it just looked like shit

We are still testing and trying to get the best settings, but here are the results of our first tests. The quality is good and file sizes are pretty small.

That does look good quality. What is the file size on that clip?
