          The American billers will be dropping celeb sites soon as IBill already did it. I wrote to a lot of billers and asked explicitly for a problem with celeb content. The only one replying that they have no problem was:

          I use them for more than a month now and it looks good so far.
          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
