                          It's hard to find good, unemployed (or at least available) flash experts.

                          Action script masters.. not just animation guys... are in such demand right now even MTV is having a hard time finding guys to hire. I got that straight from the horses mouth so you know it's tough out here.

                          I am constantly looking as well for mainstream projects.
                          I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
