Ok, I'm gonna be honest here... that probably won't work. Seeing how your nick is the same as that domain, my guess is that you want to make a large site out of this, and with those methods and this site, that won't happen.

Here's a quick guide to creating a tgp (your site looks like it's meant to be a kinbd of tgp) that gets traffic:

First, build a very clean site with lotsa non-skimmed links to galleries. Submit it to dmoz.org and all linklists you can find that don't require a recip link, as well as all the search engines. Make sure to make it look like you update often.
Once you get listed on dmoz, install a trading script and put skimming on the galleries. Don't make it too obvious though.
Now, start with about 10 trades, as well as a few toplist links.
Keep your links to sponsors to a minimum. You'll need all your traffic in order to grow.
Change your design as often as necessary until you have one with very good productivity. Then, stick with that one (prod will drop a bit later on). Manage your trades carefully, delete bad ones, add new ones. Don't get too many, otherwise you won't be able to send them enough hits.
The extra traffic you get from dmoz, search engines and the directories should be enough to provide a base on which you can build further. Also, try submitting galleries that also have your recip (don't expect a lot from this though).

Don't rely on search engines and such too much, since nowadays you almost need to be a SE guru to get good traffic from them. They provide nice bonus traffic, but if you know little about working them, you can't rely on 'm.

Make small free sites for the big linklists and dmoz that also point to your site. That way, you will get better SE listings (link popularity) as well as extra traffic.

Make sure your site has lots of gallery links. That makes surfers happy, and happy surfers click more and return more often.

Leave out sponsors until you hit about 5k traffic a day. Before that, they won't make you any decent money anyway, and you will only lose valuable traffic to them (you'll need every hit you can get in order to grow).
