        you can't, unless you require them to upload pic ID's and signed releases before you post em....

        so in other words, these sites are not gonna be around in the U.S. for very long, legally at least.

                Well it sounds like you want to run a user submitted system. Your in Canada, so as long as your not CHARGING for that material you don't need to comply with US2257 as thats not your country of residence.

                But get a laywer, or avoid it entirely as things are just getting harder.
