Question for US peeps......
...........Do you ever surf the web from your cell phone and if so how much per minute are you charged ?

I'm with one of the 4 major providers in the UK and belive it or not I'm charged about $1.00 per minute to access the net.

Anyone ?

I tether my cellphone to my laptop and use the unlimited internet, shhhh cingular doesnt know, they want you to pay $74.99 for the unlimited data plan, $19.95 is much better

I just recently moved to a smart phone and its great... I don't surf GFY on it, but weather updates when fishing, traffic reports when driving, google maps when going somewhere for the 1st time, email when I don't want to be tied to the computer, are just a few of the things I've found to make it worth my wild...

Looks like I'm paying waaay over the odds for my phone's net access

......but then again I live in a country where we have to pay around $9.00 for a gallon of petrol and around $10.00 for a pack of smokes so I should'nt really be too suprised
