They sure must have the stats to make it pay...

It was one of these "enlightening" shows. I never understood this girl when she started walking over to our stand at first - all in German, but the guy operating the stand (knew him well) - and he came across and translated

Well.. one thing about Europe is that sex is very mainstream over there , and has been for years. Things just started to be more acceptable in the United States as far as porn goes. So, what do you do when you get bored with one subject, etc. You take it to the next level. Something a little more taboo. That is just my opinion why most of your customers are from Europe. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

As far as I remember this was one of the first shows (or near as damn the first) - in Frankfurt and probably around... mid-late 70's. We started exhibiting at the time - had agents in Germany.

Sure.. it was "different" then.. tho this kinda fetish was unusual - most of the stands were Color Climax, Rodox etc and live sex shows (although it was really for the trade).

Manfred was one of the most honorable guys in the adult biz - you could shake hands with him and it was a deal. Tho Beate died last year, tho the corp is still running as normal, and true - on the stock exchange

Good point, also Germany has the largest population of the western European countries with high amount of broadband internet access I think.
