Hope you willl get better. My granndfather smoked for 40 years and one day he sad that it is enough, so he quit. Just like that. Don't ask me how. I belive it is determination. All the medicine can't help you if you don't decide to quit. Best

I quit smoking on the 26th January.So far, I felt like smoking 2-3 times.When I stopped, I started working out and dieting, so I didn't gain weight.I respect your choice for quitting, good luck with that

quitting is hard for sure
but just think you don't have a lung problem yet so by quiting you lessen the chance of getting one.
I am going through the second lung cancer scare in a 11 months.
So I have now gave up the cigs too.
