    Admittedly I don't know much about those things, but I'd think a decent lawyer could fuck that whole system as it is now. Reminds me of the lawyer who got all the drunk drivers off because the state couldn't prove the breathalysers were reliable and the manufacturers refused to provide specs to the defense...or something like that.

    As it stands now, YOU'RE guilty and have to prove YOU'RE innocent. That seems like a problem right there.

    What actual proof do they have? Anything automated can fuck up, but they aren't going to freely admit that. IF they had a picture of your ass end AND the light, then I could see it. But just going by that picture there, it's putting a lot of faith in the system and not proving a damn thing imo.

        The cost of the ticket probably wouldn't be worth the lawyer, but throw in the extra licensing and insurance costs and it might just be.

                                                        Eventually that spray shit to cover your plates will be banned (if not already) just like the tinted plates, and if the cops catch you they will hand you your fucking ass with a nice fine, not even worth fighting it in court.

                                                            those are the worst cocksuckers , now here they just scan your registration sticker and they can give u a ticket in 15 secs and start running.... there machines are upgraded and they dont have to write it manually anymore
