You might be able to get out of it. Check the local laws because in some places if you just ignore the ticket they can't prove you even received it.
Also, unless they have a shot of your face they might not be able to enforce the ticket. Just go to court and say it was not you driving your car. -

Admittedly I don't know much about those things, but I'd think a decent lawyer could fuck that whole system as it is now. Reminds me of the lawyer who got all the drunk drivers off because the state couldn't prove the breathalysers were reliable and the manufacturers refused to provide specs to the defense...or something like that.
As it stands now, YOU'RE guilty and have to prove YOU'RE innocent. That seems like a problem right there.
What actual proof do they have? Anything automated can fuck up, but they aren't going to freely admit that. IF they had a picture of your ass end AND the light, then I could see it. But just going by that picture there, it's putting a lot of faith in the system and not proving a damn thing imo.
