Passport to Fun / Vistaprint scam

Anyone else heard of them charging people's credit cards every month?

I noticed a few credit card charges to some place called Passport to Fun. It doesn't sound familiar so I search online and it turns out it is some scam that got people's credit card numbers and is charging $14.95 a month. Reading a bit more places it seems it is tied to Vistaprint. I remember months ago I bought business cards from Vistaprint so I wonder what is going on and why they keep charging me every month.

So I call Vistaprint and they tell me that I clicked some banner ad and that joined me in some club membership and if I didn't click the cancelation link in the email they sent me then they started charging me every month since Oct. 2006.

First off I never click banner ads. Second I wouldn't enter my credit card info after doing so even if I had clicked one. I also wouldn't ever enter a email address for them to send me crap to. So apparently Vistaprint is using the credit card number I used to buy business cards and started charging it using some lame ass excuse that I clicked some links and joined some membership for who knows what.

I know I got the name Vistaprint from here when I was looking for cards so I wanted to pass this little bit of info on to everyone and if anyone is getting charges to Passport to Fun then that is the scammers doing it.

I have the phone number to scream at them if anyone needs it.

No I ordered a shitload of cards for a couple conventions I knew I would be going through alot of them. It wasn't a special of anything that I remember. I just needed something average for a good price so I went with them.

I just wanted to make sure if anyone else used them they checked their bank charges to make sure it didn't happen to them.
