SEO = search engine optimization in order to get more traffic.
i'm working only on onpage optimization (page elements), and i'll give you suggestions on offpage optimization (link exchange and link strategies - you'll have to do this).

I don't know a lot about seo, but I think a domain with 3 dashes in a row won't do good in SE's
