Folder+File that I just can not delete
HELP!
I have a folder on my computer that has a file in it... a .wav file but I can not delete the file nor the folder... I get the error that its currently in use... but its not... And I've tried a couple different programs like tuneup utilities shredder with no luck... Does anyone have any advice for me? THANKS!
