    2257 and bulk DVD content companies.

    So if secondary producers do need to be custodians and get ID's and releases.. what about all the DVD's alot of us buy from WWC content direct and all the other bulk DVD content clearing houses? Are all the major studios that release these DVD's going to give us ID's for their models and all the other paper work?

    I'm scared to ask

          The only exception being stuff produced before 1995 (or is it 1993?).

          Otherwise, YOU NEED DOCS (if you are a US based webmasters or a US based company or are operating from the US).
