Not familiar with US law and checked with a more qualified source earlier and appears there are about three sections of Civil Code which would possibly be applicable in this instance plus kinda unrelated stuff re the operators.

on the flip side to that, that content is being sold in the US and the owners reside in the US

not that im suggesting that its likely they will want to inspect them, but i would say that if you want to be as safe as you can, you would block all US ips, but its possible that may affect sales

and i believe that the govt can go after you if they can show that your distributing the content in the US, although i think most will say the probability of that is pretty small
