I have the right of free speech. It should not be assumed that I am going to abuse that right by putting up illegal content prior to me putting content up. In the United States that is known as prior infringement on free speech. The government should prosecute those who put illegal content up when they put it up. Period.

I also feel you on this and its that exact FREEDOM that some scumbags abuse and cause the people like you and many others to have a bad wrap in todays society!
Unfortunatley it has come down to this and your freedom is slowly being taken away by those scumfucks!
Consider this its almost the same as a firearms permit opposed to buying a gun off the street!
If you get pulled over searched and have a licesne to carry then your good but if you have an illegal gun in your glove compartment your going to prison!
It comes down to this unfortunatley and I think at least if we had some sort of comity we could trust and showed the government we were all compliant then that would give them no reason for any surprize visit shit or to totally ban porn from the country!
We then as an industry become professionals not heathens living in caves.

A TGP = "a service that refers or links users to an online location on the World Wide Web. Such term includes directories, indices, references, pointers, and hypertext links."

In fact, EVERY site can fall into this description "a service that refers or links users to an online location on the World Wide Web. Such term includes directories, indices, references, pointers, and hypertext links.

A paysite is a site that links users to an "online location on the World Wide Web".

How is this 2257 law going to apply to anyone? I say battle it to the death! There's so many loopholes in this it's rediculous.
