I really don't know what I was thinking, or why I put the Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey back in the freezer before having any, but my urge for salad (dressing) was actually competing.

I even put spinach, little tomatoes and cut up some mushrooms.

Someone explain what's happening to me

I have bee really craving salad the last few days and went out before work and bought a ton of salad stuff. I think it is because of all the richness of food that is made for me on holidays.

The issue with your salad is probably that you used a lot of dressing with suger and carbohydrate.

Eat a sallad with fat meat, cheese and vegetable without any dressing and you will probably not feel hungry that fast again. (oh, and you'll lose weight too)
