What do you think of Phantom Frog?

I been approached by the team from Phantom Frog to replace our Pennywise. What is your experience with that soft guys?

No personal experience, but I know some who has it and won't ever use anything else again. If half of the features works as well as it says then it should be a good program.

Phantom Frog has absolutely no problem with Paycom. As a matter of fact, we recently doubled the number of billing companies we are integrated with. The list now includes CCBill, NetBilling, Paycom, NATS, MPA3, Verotel, 2000Charge, SegPay, Jettis, and 365Billing. Also, we upgraded our FREE Trial Version so you have the option of having us install it for you. So, you simply fill out a form and you will be receiving password abuse reports within hours.

My advice... try the free trial and see for yourself.

We did and it was catching abuse way before iProtect did. But, compared to Pennywize... a no-brainer, use the Frog.

PhantomFrog works great and Bill is great to work with. The feature that allows users to reset their own password after abuse is detected is definitely the way to go.

Sounds like a great program. We use Netbilling so does anything need to be done on the Netbilling admin end or is it just all part of the password management?
