Sorry but O'Reilly is 100 percent correct. That illegal alien should not have been in the country. He had committed minor crimes before, they should have sent him back to Mexico as soon as they knew he was in the country illegally. Instead they let him stay and he killed a couple of girls in a car crash. Geraldo deserved an ass whipping.

They are "discussing" a recent incident where an illegal immigrant..a 3 time convicted drunk driver slammed into a car stopped at an intersection and killed 2 teen age sisters...but you don't care right?
You just think its fun to villify someone who is trying to shed some light and make the public aware of a tragic situation that occured because the judge in this case failed to enforce the law, failed to jail this repeat offender, failed to contact ICE to have this illegal immigrant deported upon release from his jail term..and created the opportunity for this guy to be on the streets of a US city driving without a license, drunk so he could smash into and kill these innoncent girls.

Ya Ive been following it, saw the whole show for it too. My whole issue with immigration is they make it so difficult for someone to move here they have little choice but to try and get here illegally. My wife is Japanese, we were married, and it still took 3 years and about 3 to 4k in order to get her all official. And that was prior to 9/11 so I have a pretty good grasp of what causes the problem.Comment

Ahh thanks. I just get annoyed at these stories. I live in Arizona and in the last two months we have had four people killed by drunk drivers. All of the drunk drivers were here illegally from Mexico. It just makes me sick that the government does not do a damn thing. ICE is a joke here, they don't do shit. The Sheriff does more then them.Comment

Oh I agree 100%..the current system is a mess..it really needs to be reformed, I know many people that have been in similar situations as your wife. I have NO problem with someone coming here and going thru the process, I have total respect for someone willing to do the right thing, however long it takes. I too have quite a bit of experience with this subject..I live in El Paso, Texas, we are on the front lines so to speak..these issues are a daily topic and occurance around here. Serious changes need to be made asap.Comment
