I think you are meaning to say that for every publication of nude content, within member areas, tgps, blog posts, any site, needs to have a 2257 record that goes with it and you need to cross reference that publication within your internal records for that model.

If you have noticed, correct cross referencing and related organization of the paper work has been an issue with some inspections so far. This is one part of the law that needs the most clarification and debating to help produce the best solution.

International webmasters would start seeing the Gov ask for assistance with inspections, since they can't just inspect. After then traveling into the United States could be a problem.

The best solution would be to indicate where you bought the content, unless you shot it yourself, and thats where the inspection should take place.

I'm sure the FBI agrees with that too, but the DOJ doesnt, so what can you do.

I've found my 2257 compliance statement on a bunch of sites that I've never shot for, in niches I've never shot for. They must've just stolen the 2257 statements on other sites to make themselves look legit.
