buy from a legit company.
make sure you have the models birthyear on your documents.
keep a record of the location each pic/movie is located.
ask a lawyer to double check as i only skimmed it..lol

This is pertaining to gallery content on TGPs, promotional material etc... Not so much for purchased content, but if you're a producer who sells content, it would be good to post your info in here as well, so others know how to get legal using your content, where applicable.

Hush Money is compliant to the standards of any previous rulings, we are tweaking our database right now to comply with any new court decisions. Once this goes up, it will be posted.
