    lol i feel bad for both parties..

    the dude is obviously over upset , but then again he has some valid points..

    the tech support is trained to go through certain steps first so even though its idiotic they cant just tell the guy, cant really blame the poor support dude...

      One of the reasons I will never do residential/home phone support anymore.

              Dell rocks, bought a 1400 dollar projector, I could not figure out how to work the damn thing, I called and spoke with some guy who knew about 30 words of english. 3 days later a brand new unit shows up at my house with the paperwork and all, I still had the same problem so I sold it on ebay and when the guy bought it he told me how to fix my problem hahahaha.
