I would see a doc.sounds like some sort of circulation problem

NewbieNudes 04-03-2007 09:23 PM

used to happen to me every night too.

It is the fact your elbow is bent. My doc told me to sleep with a towel wrapped around my elbow to stop me bending it in the night and this works.

The problem went away after 1 mth or so and i no longer needed the towel.

Still happens on the rare occaision now - but rarely and never as bad as having no feeling in the hand at all.

Good luck

could be something like water retention in your hands & joints... try cutting down on the sodium for a week n see if that helps

lol, my first thought too... jintropin always seems to have me experiencing this..

i had the same with humatrope and sustanon. humatrope also gives me joint pain if its anything more than 2 i.u.'s a day. serostim is much better in every way (at least for me)

It is normal to have an arm sleep. No big deal and no need to get alarm about it. Unless you are a fat fuck that doesn't workout or have a healthy diet.

I have that happen in spurts. I'll have it happen every night for a week, and then it won't happen again for 4 months. Another related thing that happens to me is my wrist gets bent back under my body every now and then, like I'm break dancing, but that hurts!

Sometimes....deppends :)

markz08 04-04-2007 06:19 AM

maybe you put too much weight on your arm when sleeping... hhmm i also experience that

gornyhuy 04-04-2007 06:20 AM

Happens to me whenever I sleep with my hand above my head.,, usually a nap or something. The half asleep correction of the dead arm is really kind of disturbing. It is completely incapable of moving and is cold and numb.

katrinaAEBN 04-04-2007 06:57 AM

happens to me every night- its from the position i sleep in.

Kenny B! 04-04-2007 07:39 AM

Happens to me almost every night, it's been happening for years

mikesouth 04-04-2007 07:54 AM

I used to get it every night...got a good mattress with a pillow top...never got it again,

Its absolutely a nerve compression someplace can be severral places but from the shoulder down its likely in your upper spine.

get a good mattress dude....

Never had that happen, but sometimes when I sleep I get horrible cramping pain in my leg and shoots down to my toes.

I think that is called a charlie horse, if it is then start drinking more water and getting potasium in your system (bananas). I used to get them a lot and it was because of the lack of water and potasium in my system.
