I have a lawsuit and been accused of publishing CP through my TGP.
All the galleries were FHGs which includes gals from Babesbank.
Cops and the judge are sure that "Emily18" and "Lovely Irene" are underage...

Most of the sponsors are willing to help and thanks to them, hope i can fight with this unjustice and win...

In a country which is trying to prohibit online porn totally and using CP as an excuse.

I know cops should ask to the producer of the content for the documents but the system doesnt work like that in here... They just dont care about 2257 or legal documents. Court sent the images to medical jurisprudence and they will try to verify if the model is under 18 or not. By looking to 110x150 px thumbs... I am not much hopeful from that method since from the beginning; cops, judge and everyone are insistent that they are under 18 years old.

Well, because i was arrested on 14.12.2006 and sold the domains a week before that... But the cops started the investigation 2 months before and they already have everything, screen caps, whois info, etc.
Also the database and thumbs of the tgp were still in one of my backup CDs when i was arrasted...
