I didn't think it was funny at all. From the number of beads she had on it seems obvious that she'd been quite happily flashing earlier, presumably without being manhandled. She was probably drunk or out of it and didn't really think about the situation she was in, so yeah, you'd "expect" that to happen, but that doesn't mean it's right.

btw, i think what they did is wrong. she was wrong too. having been a cop before and being through lots of rowdy crowd situations i can tell you that could have easily turned a whole beach or wherever they are into a riot. in those sexually charged environments plus all that alcohol she should have used her brain. most of the time on holidays like that the cops will look the other way as long as kids aren't around, but you need to have some common sense too. i saw nothing but guys and hands. cornered before she even lifted her shirt all alone in a crowd. the guys were wrong for doing that, and she shares the blame for having done it. i don't feel sorry for her. alcohol does crazy things to people. thankfully that situation did not escalate.
