Pay Pal, you can always file a grievance or a chargeback...wire transfer, (if you have accurate contact and billing info, including phone numbers), is a federal crime.

There is a trick - set the inspection period to 1 day instead of 7, and there is no issue. Your payment will get released within about 48 hours total.
