Actually, you are incorrect.. What causes that discoloration is wearing too tight of clothing/underwear and not allowing that area to have enough air. As for Jenna, everything that's been happening with her lately is a great big cry for help. The girl can't possibly have any self-esteem left if this is the way she's acting.
