i've seen the number of posts about youtube-like, dailymotion-like sites rise lately, how many of you run sites like this?

flow some urls here, i run a few and would like to spark up some convo/share some ideas if you want..

i run a non-adult one. cant share the URL here. its doin 10k uniques / day.

hey there fez,

page views are increasing, uniques leave alot to be desired... ~ 1k/day. with more promotion that will change.

i don't allow surfers to upload videos to be converted, , but they can upload embedded videos. if i flip it around to allow that, i'm sure it will jump in traffic.

i coded mine, so i don't know much about the wmv to flv encoding yet.
