Get some use out of them.... Each girl can pull a easy grand a week, so if you have 9 girls each working a 8 hour shift you can pull in a cool 9k a week... Split that with them 60/40 and you will not be doing to bad

Yup, good looking, motivated and self employed girls easily make more than most webmasters here. Using different portals, 10k+ a month for top performers...if they are clever they co-brand a site for them and grab the webmaster share as well.
