province just put a lien on my condo!
so i just checked my mail, and out of buttfuck no where the province of bc decided to put a lien on my condo for some property transfer tax i apparently owe them.
This is the first I have heard of it, no prior letters, no phone calls, just all of a sudden they say i owe them money and they put a lien and are going to be taking legal action. The thing is, the tax was paid in the closing costs when I bought this place. now im all pissed off and cant sleep  RAWR!!!
