Good/Bad Eraser idea?

I was wondering if <a href="http://naughtyxxxland.com/banners/ec.html">this</a> was a good idea for promoting Internet Eraser. I know it really has nothing to do with what the eraser does, but do you think it would provoke the surfer more into clicking the links?
And most important am I allowed to do this to a Eraser add?

maybe if it worked

the problem is that desktop is not always in c:\windows\desktop

in XP the path to desktop depends on the username of the currect logged in user

thanks I think I can write a script to change where the Iframe points to by OS detection, but I am not sure if I am allowed to modify a add to trick surfers, or if it would even be affective
