I use it, but you might pick up a lot more customers if you offered a ad supported version.

Honestly I was never that obsessed with stats enough to check them more than occassionally. The vast number of sites that promote others are sort of difficult to change or alter, so seeing bad stats would just iratate me. The other sites that are primarly for self promotion again I really do not need to monitor stats that often.

All in all I must just say I am not a slave to my stats.

I used it for a year or so, but then it just got too confusing. Stats would appear and disappear, adjust and readjust, ratios would go from awesome to terrible and you never knew if it was RS, if it was the sponsor, if it was a "glitch" or who's glitch it was.

If you mean in addition to the paid version, of course we would pick up a lot more users, but we don't do it for various reasons. If you mean instead of the paid version, people have been saying this from the very beginning 5 years ago and I'm very glad that I didn't listen to them

Well, companies change their stats all the time but we always try our best to keep up with the changes. A software like StatsRemote can never show 100% accurate stats all the time, but I think we're pretty close to that in general

With StatsRemote you don't share your stats with anybody. Everything is stored encrypted on your hard drive.

I think if it was a free/ad supported system it would make SOOOOO much more money than it currently does.

Was not consistant on trial. Logging into each sponsor forces me to
take active part and maximize. Not to mention the latest offers, sites etc.

Same reason I dont automate my expenses tracking and 1 by 1 I look at them to try and keep them low.

The price isn't worth the time savings to me. Then again, I only check 2-3 sponsors regularly and I don't bother with the rest until their checks arrive.

So, you think the free StatsRemote 'alternative' makes more money than StatsRemote?

As I said before, people have been saying this from the very beginning 5 years ago and I'm still 100% sure our decision was the right one

SM has gotten better with updates. Used to take 'em to long to catch up with a sponsors change. In some cases it could have been the sponsor that made things difficult??? Overall, all seems to be fine with my sponsors. Still haven't applied all my sponsors yet though.

I think your software is a valuable tool but one thing that would make it even better is if you could figure out a way that users can get fixes and additions as soon as they are completed rather than users having to wait a week or two for the next update. For example, at the end of each day, release an update containing those fixes and new programs added that day. For those users that don't want to get an update each day, there could be an option in StatsRemote to set how often to check for updates. Program functionality changes that may need more testing could be released less frequently.

I do use SR, but I'm getting very ticked that I raised a support issue about SexKey at the beginning of the month, got an email promptly (on the 3rd) from "Johannes" asking for more info. I sent the info immediately, but despite two reminders, nothing back from you since.

i've used it a couple times. its easy to add up all your online income in one place. but to me its not worth the $30 a month. mostly because 90% of my sales come from 3 sponsors now.

I replied to your emails... not sure why you didn't received them. I just sent you a test mail. Please let me know if you received it.

Here's what I wrote before:
---
XXXX,

When I click on our Sex Key account in StatsRemote, I'm automatically logged in and see the following page:
http://stats.sexkey.com/stats.cfm

You need to enter your Sex Key Affiliate Login into both fields (Affiliate Login and Password) in StatsRemote. If you enter the correct info, it should work and you should get automatically get logged into the stats when you click on the Sex Key account in StatsRemote.

Thanks!
Johannes

I use it and overall am happy with it. 3 times recently it has just stopped working though, and I'm not sure why. Once I restart the app, it catches up to where it should be stats-wise.

I use it now that i signed up to a bunch of affiliate programs for a project i am working on. When i do a test campaign with traffic, I want to see what the results are, and I don't have the tme to waste logging in and out of several sponsors to check stats.

To some people its a lot of money, I would have paid more if I had to. My time that i lose logging in and out of programs is worth more than the $30 or whatever a month i pay.

JB: you gotta watch "the secret", son!

Your negative post "why you don't use" just brought up "unified stats" (which I just learned about, downloaded and now use) and many negative replies.

If you'd posted "why do you use", you'd get the compliments you were fishing for.

You might have a point there. Im a happy SR user atm, i switched from unified purely for mainstream and gambling program support but i have no need for them anymore so might fire up unified again.

Stats Remote supports more programs than Unified Stats.

I asked Unified Stats to add KM Bucks a month ago but they never replied us.

We didn't have to ask the people at Stats Remote to add our program, they did it themselves before we even contacted them.

For Stats Remote!

I've used it for over 2 years now and I can't do without it. The best thing about it is seeing all your sales at one time. When I stop promoting a programme I still get occasional sales, if I checked stats manually I wouldn't check those ones after a while but I still do get decent sales from old pieces of work. Thats the biggest advantage for me.

I voted too expensive. Many softwares out there doing exactly the same for cheaper or free.
