Yes, The Illusionist was also good but The Prestige made me think all night and i couldnt fall asleep until i figured out the movies ending...wow! I dojnt want to give anything away for those who havent seen it but the ending totally tripped me out!

great movie, seen it twice....

I liked it but I fell asleep for some reason at the end of the movie, I'm sure it had to do with copious amounts of ganja and being ADD, oh well....

Was a great movie!!!

Both The Prestige and The Illusionist were awesome movies.

I used to work at MagicCraft building stage illusions for vegas shows and japanese shows. That doesn't make the Prestige any better. It was still just alright.

Awesome movie.. Only saw it on the weekend. Was kinda half drunk but I still put it together pretty well.

There are two explanations, one is after they recalibrated the machine so it's not the clone that gets teleported.. or teleported each time. They said they would recalibrate it and he said that it was hard doing it each time not knowing whether he'd come out as the copy or not.. although thats subject ot interpretation.. maybe the hardness was the fear of coming out as the one that died. The other is that it doesn't matter - no matter who the clone is, they both know what's going on - when he first shot "himself" the clone knew what was happening he just didn't have a gun... the clone isn't a blank slate copy - doesn't need to be taught how to talk and the alphabet etc.

Yeah I was the same.. I actually sympathised more with Hugh Jackman's character. They were both assholes but Bale killed his wife and Michael Caine snitched to Bale about him still being alive and taking his kid and got him killed. If it was two assholes on their wit alone.. Jackman should have won really..

Great movie... but had to spend 2 hours explaining to my girlfriend the ending. She was as confused as hell... :1orglaugh

Mine was too tired and fell asleep half through. Spent the same time explaining what really happened.

An awesome movie indeed. Kind of strange that it came out almost at the same time as The Illusionist.

I liked the Prestige up until the point they turned it into a supernatural cloning thing. That ruined it for me. Just seemed kinda silly.

Liked the Illusionist though

hahaha,....i can see that picture...it was a smart and tricky ending...but if you think about all the clues, it comes together....the clones of all the hats, why the men took the big booth out every might, etc.....
