There service is 100% useless. There will be no increase in your traffic and in fact all you will be doing is adding another weak link in your dns that can go bad. It's a useless service.!!

The reps are bunch are old stock brokers trained with the boiler room mentality. Its a pipe dream and good luck getting off the list.

Tell them to put it in writing and if the increase is not there after a scpecified period of time, you owe $0. If they are not willing to do that then you're full of it.

On the other hand I've heard they have good services, but that was from a few big clients.
