Once introduced into the breasts, the fat ultimately becomes living tissue and is essentially a natural enlargement.

It would be nice if this technique gained popularity internationally.

I'm like most guys and prefer natural over fake. Proportionate is the key to it. But I'd rather have a girl that is a B cup than a double GG because they wanted bigger boobs! I like the natural boobs, never been into the big boobs thing.

There's something scary about a woman with a breast implant that is unclothed and they stay there as if a bra was on. Just not right.

It wasn't allowed at first, but because her stage name was "Busty Christy", it was written off as a "prop" lol Bizarre, I know. She had to go to court over it.

I actually think boob jobs or other cosmetic procedures should be tax deductible to women/men that use their bodies as their sole means of support. (Dancers and adult/mainstream models. The catch is that if they do that for 10 years...... that is it---- career done, so they save, save, save if they are smart and retire very young. I know dancers that make well over 170k a year.

I'm a 36CC or D in some bras that tend to run on the small side. Definately not a full D. Why did I want them? I don't know, at the time I was younger and stupid and thought that the fact they don't point north when I lay down was a huge turnoff to men and that implants would look better. Then I felt my best friends (she let me, we aren't THAT kind of friends. lol) and it felt really weird so I didn't do it.

Before I had children I would have never thought of getting implants, my tits were perfect. After breast feeding two babies, they were never the same. So to me the next best thing was getting implants, and I had the procedure done by a very good friend of mine, a plastic surgeon whose work I knew well and who I trusted not to fuck them up. Would I rather have my tits back before I had kids over my implants? Sure. But having a huge rack aint bad, and I love my kids and they're worth it.

Most guys I know prefer real.

See, exactly..... that is why I thought about em and most women get them. Once you are over a C they RARELY hang perfectly at my age. They look great in a bra, but those things bounce all over the place without one. :helpme I think I'll opt for a lift in about 8 yrs instead.

My Mother got them when I was in grade school and hers leaked (back when they were using the older form of silicone) and her chest is mangled now and flatter than when she started out..... Pretty scary.

Fake tits are to women with small breasts what wigs are to men with thinning hair. They're lies...

I hate fake boobs myself, unless the augmentation is subtle (eg B to C/D). Even then from the right angle you can see they are rounded rather than teardrop or conical shaped.

Although, I do see the majority against them and it's a rather refreshing and unexpected response.
