    This is not a slam fest, I just want to know what makes men prefer women with implants vs. the real thing?

                                          Men like tits that are firm and "perky"... Since it's not possible for tits to stay like that, or for huge ones to even start like that, the only option is implants.. thus the false belief that most men like women with implants.

                                          For the most part, fake tits "look" better when a woman is clothed etc. and thus they'll attract more men... but once the clothes are off, they no loonger look that great (for the most part) and from a purely "fun" factor, real ones are far superior.

                                          Men need to get over the purely visual and appreciate the advantages of real ones and women need to clue in that they only need to make their real ones "look" better when clothed. i.e. Strap those puppies in to push them up and out..

                                              As others have already said, men don't prefer fake boobs, most prefer naturals.

                                              It's actually WOMEN who prefer the fakes. THey must, they're the ones getting them. According to this site (who are quoting an article from Cosmo), something in the way of 95% of women in the US are dissatisfied in some way with their breast size.

                                                                                                                  I don't doubt you read it, but I disagree that implant surgery is tax-deductible. Elective surgery such as breast augmentation is not (nor do I think it should be) tax-deductible.

                                                                                                                  BTW, another vote for the real bewbies.

Actually that is more popular than you think in the US. Quite a few doctors are sucking fat out of unsightly areas and injecting it into breast tissue.
