It's a demonstration. Sure he's in great physical shape and has been trained well. However this shows nothing as to how his system works against someone who isn't handing him his arm.

real akido masters ARE real - they are serious people and amazing to watch in real life situations.
have sceen it. they are scarry. they make take a hit or two but eventually they get ahold of something and either you fly though the air or something on your body breaks. Under panic situations you fall back to training.
