FACT: ClickCash will pay you $40 PS, but only if your traffic converts at a good rate. Use any other Cam site and they will take the responibilty of making that traffic pay and pay you what they told you they will pay.

If I decide to switch sponsors, what do you all suggest I should do about all the content I've been using (all of a ifriends chathost)... should I keep using it? If I shouldn't I need a camhost with model content (webcam shots and videos - non-nude) .... any suggestions?

I get the feeling you really don't check out what the other sites do... Since I promote multiple, I have a much better idea of what they offer and their stengths and weaknesses.

ImLive is more member active i.e. with their contests and theme weekends. iFriends is not. Some of the ImLive girls work it more as well.. If you're a member, some of the girls will send you little messages etc. That can work effectively to get looky loos who've signed up to convert to a sale.

I suspect that 1400 number is inflated. I can't enable unique view, but I DO know that a bunch of the hosts are doing "tricks" to have even more nicknames that the 8-12 lots of them have. I know this because I've spent a lot of time databasing the hosts and going thru and flagging the duplicates etc.

But it doesn't matter if there's 1400 there or not if the surfer you're trying to get to buy can't SEE the quantity.

Here's the problem.. Let's say I'm trying to sell BBW cams. I send a surfer and they get to the Live listing and start to go thru it. Let's say there's 300 live... Out of those 300, most are "studios" and the girls have 6-12 names... Then there's the studio girls that are skinny and NOT even chubby let alone fat, and they have 6-12 names... You can see that the "300" live gets cut WAY down.. But the surfer can't even see the "real" ones that would get him to buy because of all the "spam" that iFriends allows. In fact, it's a huge turn off for a possible purchaser if you want a particular niche and you see tons of chicks that don't fit in that niche or you see the same girls over and over.

Now if I send that same surfer to ImLive, they're going to see maybe 15-20 girls, but none of them are duplicates and most of them are at least chubby. ImLive is also good at filtering out the "bad" hosts.. I've notified them a few times about issues of hosts and they've corrected the situation which makes it much better for me.

I have a certain amount of loyalty to iFriends but it's gotten harder and harder to effectively market them because of their lack of quality control with the hosts. It doesn't matter if they actually have more hosts or even more features if making a sale is harder than with another cam site.

If you've ever noticed my posts about ImLive, you'd see that I'm also critical of them over certain technical issues. I'm an equal oppurtunity critic.

At the end of the day I want a kick ass cam program and currently ImLive is the one that's filling that role more and more.

Oh.. And I've "almost" got iFriends and ImLive running side by side 50/50 now and I'm currently making a bit more money with ImLive than iFriends. Still not definitive but it's starting to look like ImLive is going to be much better for me as an affiliate than iFriends.

You can suspect all you want that the 1400 isn't unique. That is what the site says when you turn off the people with multiple sessions, so than the site must be lieing if you don't believe that number. I am just telling you what it says. It dropped from like 2200 to 1400 when turning off the multiple sessions from same people.

Cams that move... the viewer can move the camera. if they want it to move to the right or left up or down they can control what they see.

So from the things I listed imlive has...... fanclubs. Which they got that idea from ifriends, who seems to invent all the new stuff the other sites then copy over. Which is fine its the way things work, but kinda hard to pass someone up when you are 2 years behind their new features. At least from a technology stand point.

How are you marketing them ? do you send your traffic to ifriends.com ??? Sounds like you are counting on the chathost to sell them?

99% of my traffic, I sell them on ifriends, not the chathost. I send them to the signup page, which is the only page they see of ifriends. Then after they signup they search for chathost and then it is up to the chathost to sell them for them to make their own sales, not mine.

Perhaps it is the way you are maketing them that is causing you to not do so well with them.

Yes I know.. but I've seen some hosts that are doing some other sneaky things that leads me to believe that they would still show up multiple times if you set it to "unique". Those are "studio" chathosts and there's nothing stopping them from working for "multiple" studios at the same time and thus showing up multiple times even if it's set to "unique".. But I don't care enough to delve deeper because it doesn't matter.. It's what the non member sees when they get to the site that matters.

As for the other features, no, ImLive doesn't have that.. but they do have the sinulator that iFriends does not.

Didn't say they were better and had passed them up.. But they're getting there. And from an affiliates standpoint, ImLive is offering more and more that makes it an easier sell as time passes. As you've said in the past over and over and over and over again.. It all comes down to the money.

I suspect what you do is have your own "fake" cam sites or "fake" profiles and you have your site pre-market to them or the "girl" pre-market to them and then you send them direct to the signup page.

My traffic and marketing is niche based.. I send traffic to various areas of iFriends, the live listing, specific profiles and also the join page. If the product is strong, IT should be able to make the sale without me having to handhold it.

I never said I don't do well with iFriends... but they don't do as well as they used to for the reasons I've outlined.

The difference between you and me is that you've build everything, sites, traffic etc., around marketing iFriends. My stuff (as is most people that are in this biz) is built around marketing "porn".

The first thing I tell people i am helping... never send traffic to ifriends.com (the site)... even if you pick a niche page on the site. People will get over whelmed, too much information. And in all honesty I don't think the site is set up to " sell " as well as I can sell. And I don't trust a chat host to close the deal for me.

You can do 10x more sales IMO if you sell them. Maybe Imlive's site is better at selling them than ifriends site. But I can tell you from my testing of imlive, when i do the promos, do the selling, nothing comes close to ifriends.

I really only market to niches, it is the best way to go. If you sold them I know you would make a LOT more money. I am not just talking about solo girls, but sites built around entire niches.

isn't the sinulator the same as what ifriends had, cyberdildonics. I think Ifriends did that back in 2000, 7 years ago. I don't think they have it any more. Maybe they tried it before the technology was really in place, maybe it didn't go over well. I don't know. But it is just another example of something they did first :winkwink:
