First off - just because a program doesnt have it built in doesnt stop any aff program from hiring a programmer - any good programmer worth their salt knows how to integrate code that can be built right in
Second - how many times a day do you check the join links? Do you think people sit there clearing cookies and reloading join pages all day to catch someone - not gonna happen
Third - in response to the comment Lenny makes about the special day promotions - you are correct it is a great way to get new affiliates - but think about the person that has been an affiliate for 5 years - do you think they have any reason to not ratchet down their sales - while ramping up the new joined WMs for just the effect you described originally :) |
