ok, so I would like to see a new logo for my band. I designed the one we've been using myself and while I don't think it's bad, I'm not really a designer.
yes, we have a design department & our Logo Designer is awesome at corporate and many other design styles but he's not inspired to work on this project so far (he still may enter this contest though and I hope he does!)
I know there's tons of talented designers here so it would be cool to see a lot of submissions and variations! The band name is Keyhole - it is modern rock with some goth/industrial influence - the bands in our style also have logos with the right look, so do something similar!
Here's our current logo
- which I kind of like but I think doesn't flow enough and might be a little too complicated - probably putting the band name inside the keyhole shape is making it too busy and it won't be easy to duplicate on artwork, t-shirts, etc. If you want to incorporate the keyhole shape that would be awesome, but I'm sure there's a better way to do it...
here's other band logos that are cool
If I can see a stripped down B&W version for tees, etc and a more 3 dimensional glowing version for website and CD art that would be cool
Contest ends when I see something I like or one month from today, whichever comes first
