Haven't been a Vonage customer but it depends on the firmware version. Some of them can't be easily unlocked... some of the can be.

For my voip, all I had to do was ask and they just gave me the admin password.

I searched around for the admin password, I was able to reset it to get the webadmin, but it's asking for an admin login for the admin tab, the 2 passwords I found aren't the right ones, and I saw a few places that said to make your own xml file and have the router download it from TFTN, altho I'm hesitant to do it cause I dn't want to turn the pap2 into a brick
