Its simple these fraternities just want bragging privileges about how wild their parties get so we just show up and film the party and then we stir up some competition with the other frat house's tell them how off the hook the previous party were and now their all try to out do each other. So now its just a big compitatuion on who can throw a bigger and better party.

And there all aware that the fottage its going on the interent.

Yes, you do need release form for anyone that participates in any of the sex act. We get them to sign the forms when there done having fun. It's not all the time easy we had a few girls that were just fucken trash and they just start sucking off random guys and at the end of the night when they sobered up they didn't want sign the release form so we just discarded the footage. but now i learned to get them to sign when there drunk and not sober;)

well hopefull ill make a few billion before i get sued. But its like girls gone wild if you know someone is video taping and you dont want be on camera just leave or stay out of sight. They won a few lawsuits stress that point. But if i caught a girl fighting her way threw the croud to see her girl friend sucking off some guy and she tell me me she doest want be on film i just edit her out .

but so far no complaints all the frat house have visited the website and they love it and so does the surfer the site is doing quite well if anyone is wondering.

thanks pipecrew we did speake with a lawer first and we did get all the proper release forms to make everything legal. We make sure everyone is aware of are being there and if they have a problem they leave or we edit them out if there face was caputured on video. We got a good repor going with the frat houses that why you will see many parties to come.

HCH, I'm not sure what I ever did to you to get such praise. Until you've done FX for 9 years, don't judge. I have emotional scars that are definitely going to fuck me up well into my 40's for the degrading shit I had to in FX. The things dumb people do to see there name on a screen 5 feet wide. It's not worth it. (don't believe me? Watch "swimming with sharks" sometime)

As for working on the CFF project, I couldn't be happier. The people have all been 1000 times nicer, and happier than ANYONE I ever met in FX. This board has offred great support and acceptance in this project. There have only been a handful of peole that just insist on bashing the program. But, to each his own.

If you can be a webmaster, and honestly sit there and think that this whole project hasn't been run thru a lawyer, many, many times you shouldn't be a webmaster. LOL

We really do go to real frat houses, we really film sex acts right there in front of everyone. People are having a great time. College students get drunk, and get crazy. And we're here to sell it to the masses. The CollegeFuckFest has had an awesome start, and is getting even better. If you want in and make some cash with us, you know what to do.

GFY was started so we could all gather and discuss new ideas, and try new things. It's also a place to hang out and have fun. However, I don't think bashing a program just for the sake of bashing it, is really helping anyone. I don't know what else to tell you about the parties.

To prevent any legal problems, compare your greek letters to national greek letter organization listings [you can search for this via google]. They're very touchy about their marks being used in a light that dilutes its value/meaning to the public.

Not bashing your program RedShoe, mearly pointing out the obvious that dumb fucks that make statements like your buddy Asthma about getting the sig while they are drunk, make my skin craw, it should send a bell off in your head !! And even if he was joking, I'm sure that those many Lawyers that they spoke with before launching the program, would drop dead in their $5000 suits if they saw his comment on a public message board. I have nothing but respect for you, and I'm sorry if you thought my comments were an attack on you, they are not. As for Asthma he can suck the sweat off my left nut sack. The sooner people like him get dragged into court and sued for every dime they have, the better. Redshoe, If I were you guys I would intentionally mess up all the frat's greek letters that don't sign a legal consent form. Most of the surfers have no clue which ones are real or not anyway. There's so many pan-hellenic frats out there that it's impossible to keep track of all the off-brand letters. But it seems like that might be what you are doing anyway.

It sucks that fellow webmasters would quote a potentially legally dangerous statement and possibly put another webmaster in a bind due to a simple dumb statement. That's not cool guys. Redshoe has been one of the nicest board members. Never do that.

Hey Red my post wasn't bashing in fact it was a joke hence the wink...however you say you guys have run this all by the lawyers...well let me refresh you on a couple of statements made by Asthma:

Getting forms signed after you are done is not a smart move at all.
#1 the reason you get model releases signed BEFORE filming is to ensure that everyone is 18+.
Waiting until they are "done" having fun could lead to cp charges if anyone involved happens to be a minor.

I am currently interviewing models for a future project of my own and I have specifically told models that I will not even discuss anything with them unless they bring 2 forms of id to prove who they are and what age they are.

I really can't say anymore regarding model releases...I'm not a lawyer and don't even pretend I understand all the complexities involving usc 2557...but this horrible business practice in both the legal and financial sense.
Not only are you risking jail time, but possible lawsuits as well as spending time setting up a shoot and paying for models and then you can't even use the end product because it had to be "discarded."

Eros, you are absolutely correct about the legalities. I couldn't agree more. I still think the bonehead comments that Asthma made should be deleted by him, and you should delete that quote. They have a great idea with the College Fuck Fest that can be destroyed now by anyone who reads this thread that has malicious intent. I would hate to see that happen to Redshoe. Asthma is a bonehead no doubt, but this could balloon to something much bigger if it isn't handled now. I can see the Ox guys or SIC or another company taking this idea and running with it in no time flat, especially if their site hits a bump in the road thanks to a stupid comment on a board. That would suck bigtime.

Hey eroswebmaster if you go view our trailers you will notice that everone is wearing a rist band which is required to enter the party at that point we check ids and make sure their of legal age and then we make then sign a waiver stating that they their faces will be showen on the website ect.

And according to my lawyer here it's not enough that you check the id but you have to inspect it to ensure that it hasn't been tampered with etc.

You're just asking for trouble not getting model releases signed BEFORE you stage these things.

I was watching O'reilly the other night can't recall exactly where this case took place it was either Georgia or Floriday...anyway some club put on a live sex show and the cops raided it.

I have no idea who you are, or what your background is. But I will offer you a friendly piece of advise. When in doubt to one's ignorance it's best not to prove it by opening one's mouth! I hope that what your doing is 100% above board. If you want to be funny "ha ha" and joke around I would suggest that you not do so about your business/sites, get a fucking alias like boneprone and do it in that context, don't open yourself up to criticism and ridicule with offhand comment's like what you made in the above post. And I say this not to berate you, but hopefully to open your eyes to how what you said can be misconstrue and taken the wrong way by a number of folks. Good luck in your venture!

eroswebmaster Dont get me wrong I appricate your comment and your concerns im very aware of those possibility been doing this for 9yrs now but let me insure you that strict percautions are taken. the first step is to check there ids at the door and give them risk bands and have them sign the waivers now if a girl is intrested in having sex she will confront us first then we check for 2 forms of id and if we decieide we want use the footage then we procede to the next step and have them sign the release form ect.

This website is run very professinal and 100% legal is sad that a few of you got so affended to such a oviouse joke. you think im that stupid to make a comment like that if it wasent intented to be a joke.

dude didn't you say you film them and THEN ask for id afterwards? That wasn't a joke... kind of contradicting yourself...but whatever... I'm not the police so you don't have to prove anything to me ...and I don't think anybody is bashing the site,you should take it as people are TRYING to look after you and give you sound advice

You guys have all done this long enough to know what's up. You all should know me by now.

Being a father myself, I would never do anything to ANYONE without covering EVERY base. The last thing I want is to raise baby RedShoe from prison. LOL

I think some of you might be taking all this a little too seriusly. And Tim (HCH), c'mon guy, it was all meant as a joke to sort of point out how ridiculous this all is. Like I said, all bases are covered.

yes nocostporn we do check there ids after there done having fun then i take their IDS to my portible copy maching and make copys. their no point in making copys before hand if i dont use the footage Those are thing one does in the adult bussiess to protect themself
