				Easter dinner alternatives to ham or turkey??
			 
			So every holiday it is ham or turkey, turkey or ham.  Does anyone have ANY ideas for a good alternative main dish for easter??  We did a prime rib one year but with 12 people that can get expensive. 		 How about pheasant or grouse?  They'll quite nice during spring.  I don't know if you like gamy meat though.  But it should be tasty once you prepare the birds correctly. 		 We alternate main dishes each holiday for this same reason.  I like to slow cook a beef roast in cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix.
