How many customer service reps does Epassporte have? (Semi-Drama)

I am wondering this because I always end up talking to someone I've talked to before anytime I call Epassporte.

If you have to call them you'll probably get a busy signal. When you do get through you can expect to wait on hold for a good 20 - 30 minutes usually. I feel sorry for whatever customer service reps they do have because when they answer the phone they always sound dead tired. Maybe Epassporte is growing too fast and can't keep up... which I could understand. I just think they need to start paying more attention to customer service and start hiring more representatives. The bottom line is that Epassporte exists and is successful all because PayPal doesn't allow non-ebay related adult transactions. If PayPal ever changes their policy on adult the only thing Epassporte will have to keep customers will be customer service. Side Note: PayPal owns x.com, which would be an awesome domain name to use for a service to squash Epassporte. Thats the only problem I have with Epassporte right now... My guess is that there is 5 or less people answering their phones at any given time. I hope I'm wrong. |
