    What's the best way to get bookmarkers to your tgp ?

    Dunno what i'm doing wrong, i got a tgp running with 30 diffrent categories, updating it every day with almost 400 galleries and clean ones.

    My tgp is very clean, i added a few "bookmark this site" links on it and the traffic that it is getting is only SE traffic...

    And it seems that only 3% of the ppl who enter bookmark it....

    What should i have to make ppl bookmark it ?

                  You need to give more info !

                  How old is the site , what searches are your visitors coming off, are you trading with other TGP's and wheres the link.

                  400 / day update just rediculous

                              You need at least 20.000 galleries/day to get decent bookmarkers. I know they sound a lot, but if you put your site on autosubmitters you'll have to decline at least the double amount.

                                                                  depends how many bookmarkers u want. i think time is the biggest factor. keep with it, surfers aren't dumb. give them what they want and they will come back.

                                                                              Thehun is the best example of a site running off bookmark traffic (no trades) and many memberships are sold daily.

                                                                              It has been said it helps trades & there is proof that bookmark traffic at some points buys memberships.

                                                                                      The days of being able to create another thehun.net is over. Sure, if you have over a million unique surfers / day, you're bound to sell memberships but from what I hear the ratio is not good at all.

                                                                                      IMO the only reason bookmarkers are good is that you have traffic to trade..

                                                                                              I would classify PicHunter as a big time trading site, not a bookmark site, but there is no doubt he has bulit up a nice large site in a short time.                                                                                                                               That is a lot of bookmarkers, but what is the UCJ definition of a bookmarker? is that any hit that doesnt come in through a trade or what else? Are those raw hits or unique hits?
