phone support for google for the past week has lead to someone will call you back in the next 24 hours

guess what
no call :P i have called everrry day more than once a day the past few days

they tell me that a specialist in the area that i need help in will call be back within 24 hours

rumour has it google has no adult account rep's anymore (for real). new campaigns and domains are all suffering from the google blues lately due to teen porn concepts and other rules which are strictly enforced but not detailed or guidelined.

yea its no problem getting support on the phone
but i need to talk to a terms of service specialist that they have told me 10+ times that they will call within 24 hours
and they never do
