sure reps come and go. the same ones come and go, there is a list of like 20 people that revolve around the companies here. there are also a lot more people that stay with the companies for extended periods of time.

i have people working for me that are smart, dependable, responsible, creative thinkers, etc that i would move heaven and earth to keep
