Voting reform, revamp the electoral college system, and add "no confidence" as an option on each ballot. If no confidence wins or a specific candidate doesn't win by a significant majority then both bozos get thrown out and new ones step in. Add impeachment voting every year by the public as after all they are the employer.

- Deliver the mail
- Regulate and tax interstate commerce
- Maintain a military for the country's defense.
