    So I might be fucked

    So I'm at the beach Monday, we meet some hot girls drinking so we say lets hang out and drink together and there down. So we drink a little and tell them to come to Hollywood with us to hang out and hot tub. They say to our surprise, YES even though one has a boyfriend. We get to our pad and do shots, drink beers, go hot tubbing, play cards, and start making out. One girl stops and goes wait how old are you, I joke and say 22 and they go ya right. And I say 27 and they buy it (I'm really 31)

    Anyways by then and some small talk the other girl and my buddy are done and this girl asks to hit me on the stomach and I'm like sure. But I say "you can't hurt me anyways" (DUMB) so she whales on me and even worse the hole mood is off so there is a weird silence and then they decide to bail.

    We said you shouldn't drive but she gets mad and insist so we have no choice to let them go.

    So on this note we call the next day to make sure everything is o.k.

    IT'S NOT!

    The one that hit me broke here finger hitting me and hit a tree on the way home. breaking her leg, fractions on our arms, they used the claws of life to get her out, and right now she is bed ridden in the Hollywood hospital.

    So I feel horrible and want to see her again so I go onto her myspace and notice her AGE for the first time.

    I can't say it here but lets just say they where not supposed to be drinking.

    I feel bad about the wreck but I'm more worried about this biting me in the ass some how.

      Rough... don't send her anything on Myspace IMO, incase anything does happen... can be used as evidence. I'd avoid all contact with the peoples, not worth the risk.

              You might be in trouble for the alcohol issue but that's about it. They lied about their ages, you probably should have had them prove how old they were (or weren't, in this case) but that's about it.

                              agreed. that really sucks tho for them and you, but i would push it in the back of my mind and forget about it. you dont want anything to happen to you. when shit like this happens, people have a tendency to blame other to get out of trouble, and you dont want them saying you gave them booze then made them drive home.

                                              "Not supposed to be drinking" does not mean jail bait, I don't think. I mean, she could be 19/20, and that's still quite legal for everything else.

                                              She and her friend showed extremely bad judgement. Aren't they accountable for passing themselves off as "of drinking age" and then deciding against YOUR better judgement to drive themselves home? Besides, they were already drinking when you met them. You certainly didn't corrupt their finer sensibilities.

Even then though I don't think you can be more than three years older before they are 18. Quebec is a different story though as you can see.

                                                                                                                                                                                          This girl first was really fucked up, her opening line was i'm a bitch if you can deal with this then you can hang out. All we did was listen to her the whole time talk about how she has gangster friends and how she hates everyone. How she got kicked out of schools ect..

                                                                                                                                                                                          I think getting a dui and wrecking probably brought her back to reality and hopefully made her realize how precious life is. At least on the phone she sounded like she was happy and was nicer then the whole day before.

                                                                                                                                                                                          I don't mean to be a ass I feel bad for her, all we did was join along in there day of drinking and having fun. In fact shit we maybe said two sentences the whole day.

                                                                                                                                                                                          But there is a lesson, if your friends want to drive and you think they might be drunk. Do whatever you can to stop them.
