I think there is a niche for high quality nudes... not necessarily art nude... I see alot of content and the majority of it is not even close to print quality because the photographer isn't a pro. I think that this is the reason some sponsors continue to grow at a fast rate like Twistys... all of their newer content is totally professionally done...

Alot of niches still do quite well, you just have to find one that you understand and dig to find how much competition there is for it. Make sure you do your research before jumpping head first into any niche, make sure you throughly understand the niche so you can deliver what the surfers are looking for.
Just curious, do you have any experience running adult pay sites? The paysite games is not a easy one, and without a good source of internal traffic and some deep pockets its not a easy game anymore. Thats not to say there arent exceptions, but they are few and far between.
